• Our guests with heart, respiratory diseases, pregnant or menstruating period are not provided for health and safety reasons.
• Guests 15 years of age and older can experience hammam and massage accompanied by an adult (provided that they are the same gender).
• Guests between 6 and 15 years of age are only offered a hammam experience. They cannot benefit from the massage experience.
• Children under 6 years of age are forbidden and dangerous to enter the hammam.
• In order to provide timely service, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
• You do not need to bring any items with you.
