PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE MEMBERSHIP FORM

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Haseki Turizm Sağlık İnş. San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd.

Şti. (“Hürrem Sultan Hamamı”), acting as the Data Controller, to inform you in

accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the

General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

(I) What Categories of Personal Data Do We Process and For What Purposes?

The personal data of our visitors are processed in accordance with the principles set

out in Article 4 of the KVKK and Article 5 of the GDPR: lawfulness, fairness, accuracy

and keeping data up to date where necessary, collection for specified, explicit and

legitimate purposes, data minimisation, and storage only for as long as necessary.

Your identity information (name, surname), contact details (e-mail address, telephone

number, country/address), customer transaction information (order, payment and cart

information, etc.) and transaction security information (IP address) are processed for

(iv) Customer loyalty activities;

(v) Communication;

(vi) Conducting and auditing business operations;

How Are Your Personal Data Collected?

 

Your personal data are collected partially or fully by automated means through your

use of our website, including completing the membership form, filling in membership

information, adding products to your cart or favourites, placing orders, returning

purchased products and submitting support requests.

(II) Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK and Article 6 of the

GDPR on the following legal grounds:

 

(i) Compliance with a legal obligation;

(ii) Necessity for the performance or conclusion of a contract;

(iii) Legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that fundamental rights and

freedoms are not adversely affected;

(iv) Your identity and contact information may also be processed, with your explicit

consent, to send commercial communications about campaigns, promotions, products

and services. If you do not provide or withdraw your consent, such communications will

no longer be sent.

(III) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Parties?

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public authorities where required

by law, to courier companies for order delivery, and to our legal advisors and judicial

authorities where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

(IV) How Can You Exercise Your Rights?

 

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK by using the “Data
