COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION PRIVACY NOTICE 

1. Who Is the Data Controller? 

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Haseki Turizm Sağlık İnş. San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Hürrem Sultan Hamamı”), acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, for the purpose of informing you regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications. 

For What Purposes and on What Legal Grounds Do We Process Your Personal Data? The identity information (name and surname) and contact information (telephone number and e-mail address) you provide will be processed, subject to your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5(1) of the KVKK and Article 6 of the GDPR, for the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications regarding advertisements, campaigns, promotions and special offers. 

Your identity and contact information may also be processed pursuant to Article 5(2)(ç) of the KVKK where competent authorities request information from our company or where disclosure is required to fulfil our legal obligations (for example, notification obligations under the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages). 

2. To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?

Your identity and contact information may be shared with competent public authorities in legal disputes, administrative authorities where legally required, and the service provider platforms we use for sending commercial electronic communications. Records of your consent for commercial electronic communications may also be shared with authorised public institutions and authorities to fulfil our legal obligations. 

3. Right to Withdraw Your Commercial Communication Consent 

If you no longer wish to receive commercial electronic communications, you may withdraw your consent at any time through the communication channels published on our website. Once your consent has been withdrawn, no further commercial electronic communications will be sent to you. 

4. How Do We Collect Your Personal Data? 

Your personal data are collected by automated and semi-automated means through electronic forms, SMS messages and e-mail correspondence. 

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data and How Can You Exercise Them?

Article 20 of the Constitution guarantees everyone the right to be informed about personal data relating to them. Article 11 of the KVKK sets out the rights of data subjects. You may exercise your rights by submitting the “Data Controller Application Form” available at https://www.hurremsultanhamami.com/ in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.
